'Around the World in 60 Years' Birthday Bash

Les Chocolatiers were recently involved with the 60th birthday celebrations of a local based International Business man. The event took place within a marquee erected in the ‘back garden’ of his home, beside the lake of his 9-hole private golf course. The party was aptly named ‘Around the World in 60 Years’ and guests were treated to the culinary delights of 7 dishes from 7 countries; England, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Thailand and Malaysia. |
The 150+ family and guests, adorned high class fancy dress and quenched their thirst with a selection of wines from 15 countries and champagnes from a further 5. They were entertained for some 12 hours, from 7pm in the evening until 7am the next morning by a magician, Thai Dancers and of course Les Chocolatiers. |

With a full regalia of dips including strawberries, raspberries, fudge, marshmallows and frozen profiteroles, and three choices of white, dark and milk chocolate the after dinner 'sweet' went down a treat. |
